– **Delivery Timeline**: All physical materials will be shipped within **5-7 business days** after payment confirmation.

– **Shipping Charges**: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location. These charges are non-refundable.

– **Delivery Area**: We currently ship physical materials within India only. Digital materials are available globally.

 

3. No Exchange or Return

– **No Exchanges**: Once shipped, physical products such as books or notes cannot be exchanged or returned, even if unused.

– **No Returns**: We do not accept returns on any materials, whether physical or digital.

  

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

– **Damaged or Incorrect Products**: Please notify us within **48 hours** of receiving the product by emailing **support@focasedu.com** with your order number and a picture of the damaged/incorrect product. We will assess the issue and may, at our discretion, arrange for a replacement.

 

5. No Refund on Digital Products

Digital products, such as e-books or downloadable materials, are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of usage or download status.
